Whats included in the month?

Your choice of 2 out of 4 live zoom classes, each class is an hour long
A recording of the classes you choose (regardless if you attend live or not)
Two journaling prompts
One sound healing
Access to an email chain with the other participants and myself.

There are two tiers to choose from Beginner and Advanced, but you can choose to attend whichever class you would like within that month. I am leaving that up to you.

The dates of the classes will vary month to month but the day of the week and time of day will generally remain the same.

First beginner class starts March 10th at 4 pm GMT
First advanced class starts March 19th at 4 pm GMT

Beginner classes will be hosted typically on a Monday at 3 pm or 4 pm GMT time
Advanced classes will be hosted typically on Thursday at 3pm or 4 pm GMT time
